I have found this love for health and fitness, it has become such a huge part of my life and I would love to share that journey with you. Give Yourself a Break
This quote really spoke to me this morning. Weight loss can be a constant mental battle. Whether you are trying to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds, losing weight is hard! It takes a lot of mental strength and discipline to say "no" to the foods/portion sizes we are used to eating. Go easy on yourself, work your butt off but don't beat yourself up over the little things. If you have a bad day, don't turn it into a week, get back on track and move on. Be empowered and inspired to be a healthier you, but don't make yourself miserable while doing it.
