No excuses people! Find a time in the day that works best for you and get that workout in. You will NEVER regret a workout but you will regret every workout that you didn't do. It's a great way to get "me time" in and do something for yourself. There is no reason why we can't find time in our day to workout, that is an excuse to put it bluntly. You CAN do it! Find the time, schedule it and get after it!!
Welcome all! I am so thankful you have reached my blog and I look forward to getting to know you. I am a 6th grade teacher turned health and fitness coach through Beachbody. I have found this love for health and fitness, it has become such a huge part of my life and I would love to share that journey with you.
