Quick Tip

TIP OF THE DAY:
Apple cider vinegar can bring so many different benefits to your every day life. It's great to drink every day, although it needs to be diluted and mixed with another drink (water, cranberry juice etc.). I plan to add this to my daily intake once I have the baby. Nic, my husband, drinks it every day and has noticed the benefits it can bring. His blood pressure has significantly lowered (although it wasn't an issue for him) and it has helped with his energy and digestion👌🏼 This list shows that it's not only for your body, physically but there are other areas in your life where it is beneficial.
