We often put sleep on the last part of our "needs" list. With small babies, busy schedules and sometimes the attitude of "I'll sleep when I'm dead" we tend to form a habit of running on 4 hours of sleep a night. Friends, sleep should be at the top of your list!!! Your body needs to be able to rest and recover in order to get through the day successfully. When it comes to our body, sleep, nutrition and fitness should be the order of importance we follow daily. So rest up and put sleep at the top of your health priority list!!
