Welcome all!
I am so thankful you have reached my blog and I look forward to getting to know you. I am a 6th grade teacher turned health and fitness coach through Beachbody. I have found this love for health and fitness, it has become such a huge part of my life and I would love to share that journey with you. My hope is to help others reach their goals and find what works best for them. I can't wait to hear from everyone in hopes to form some amazing friendships through health and fitness.
My goal is to look at this EVERY morning and make an extra effort to stay positive and only worry about the things that I can control. I'm giving the rest to God.
