This is an AMAZING 21-day program that not only gives you amazing workouts but it teaches you how to eat healthy and in proportion to your body weight. You learn how to eat in portion control and what category each food you eat goes under. Is it a vegetable? Fruit? Carb? Healthy fat? Protein? or something that has no nutritional value to your body. This program truly taught me how to eat and what clean eating really means. The workouts are great and they are only 30 minutes! Here are a few tips to help you get going with the program.
