‼️Biggest food struggle‼️Knowing the difference between hunger and boredom.
I don't know about y'all but this is something I REALLY struggle with and continue to work on every day! 9 times out of 10, when I am mindlessly snacking it's usually out of boredom and I'm not even hungry. It's such a frustrating habit to break A friend told me to give it 15 minutes. If I still want the snack after 15 minutes, have it but it's most likely something I want out of boredom. After the 15 minutes I usually realize that and say no to the food. Try this tip if this is something you struggle with🏼 Good luck and happy, healthy eating!
