It's not always about how well the workout went, how tired you got, how you physically feel or how long the workout was. Sometimes, it's how hard you push, how much heart you put into making it a great workout regardless of anything else going on around you. So get started, workout and forget everything else. Welcome all! I am so thankful you have reached my blog and I look forward to getting to know you. I am a 6th grade teacher turned health and fitness coach through Beachbody. I have found this love for health and fitness, it has become such a huge part of my life and I would love to share that journey with you.
