Sometimes a little glass of wine is all you need after a busy week. Red wine, in moderation has been proven to have some health benefits so I will take it. It's okay to splurge a little but the word moderation is key! Stay healthy my friends!
Welcome all! I am so thankful you have reached my blog and I look forward to getting to know you. I am a 6th grade teacher turned health and fitness coach through Beachbody. I have found this love for health and fitness, it has become such a huge part of my life and I would love to share that journey with you.
